Weekend bookings are at the discretion of the Hall Management Committee and subject to the availability of one of our volunteers to allow access. Some weekends are popular, so it is advisable to contact us as early as possible before your event to avoid disappointment and give us time to confirm whether we are able to accept your booking.
Hire charges were recently reviewed and a revised fee structure has been agreed. This is effective immediately for all new bookings and from 1st April 2018 for existing users. Details are listed below.

Commercial bookings, whether weekend or weekday, are generally charged at a higher rate. Whole days are unlikely to be available during term-time, other than in the Committee Room, due to the number of regular bookings.
